| Q1: How can I have my logo imprinted on the product
A: Firstly email your logo in either AI, EPS,TIF or CDR format,with 300 dpi resolution.
Secondly specify:
1. Color of your logo (any color)
2. Location of the logo on the product
Q2: How much does it cost to place my logo on the item?
A: The breakdown price you see on the web site is your cost which includes 1 color, 1 location imprinting and set up fee. If you need extra color the imprinting cost is $0.45 each unit, set up fee $35.00 for each color.
For the cost of the product please refer to each indiviual product page.
Q3: How long can I have the logoed product in my hands?
A: 5 working days from the approval of the logo, plus the shipping time to your location.
Q4: How can I order the custom made flash lapel pins?
A: Simply email us your design with the quantity you need and we will do the rest. We will email you a free computer proof with all the details and once you approve we will make you an actual sample or start work on the order.
Q5: How much does it cost and how long is the lead time for the pin?
A: Price breaks down depending on the quantity, plus one time set up fee $75.00. Lead time is around 3 weeks.
Q6: What else do I need to know?
A: When you send us the private logo we assume you are the owner or have the permit to use it. And because of this private use we ask for 50% deposit by check or credit card before start working on the order. Balance is paid when order is done and ready to ship.
Q7: How long does the thermal bottle/jar keep drinks warm?
A: It is based on the starting temperature of the drinks you put in. Basically all the thermal insulated items can keep drinks warm for 6-10 hours. All the thermal items shall not be cooked on a stove or anything hot. It does not work on the 2 layers thermal prodcuts. It is normal after 6-10 hours the drinks temperature will go down.
